What counts as a sourcing event?
A sourcing event is a comparison project that groups vendor documents together. For example, an RFP with three vendor proposals is one event. You can upload and re-compare documents within an event at any time.
What happens if I exceed included document pages?
Additional pages are billed at $0.08 per page. Pages are counted as OCR-processed PDF, DOCX, and XLSX equivalents. You will always see your current usage in the dashboard.
Can I add more seats to my plan?
Team and Business plans include 10 seats. Additional seats cost $15 per seat per month. Enterprise plans include unlimited seats.
What integrations are available?
QuoteClause Compass connects to Google Drive, SharePoint, CLM tools, and procurement suites. Additional integrations are available at $1,500 per connector per year.
What is the Audit Pack add-on?
The Audit Pack provides immutable logs and evidence exports for compliance-heavy organizations. It costs $3,000 per year on Team and Business plans, and is included with Enterprise.
